Dr. Philip L. Taylor, Ph.D.

Dr. Taylor has been helping people in Lancaster County since 1980. He has a general clinical practice which can be found in historic downtown Lancaster. Aside from general services he also offers evaluations, testing, psychotherapy, short term and long term therapy.
Dr. Phil provides independent psychological evaluations and reports used by the Bureau of Disability Determination, state and federal courts, state and federal probation and parole, child protection agencies and various government and private entities.
Dr Phil has been married to Attorney Francine Z Taylor since 1973 and is extremely proud of his two fabulous and wonderful sons, two grandsons and two daughter-in-laws.
